Mr. Gümüş is born in Çankırı in 1980. Graduated from Ankara Anatolian High School in 1998, attained his City Planner degree from the Middle East Technical University (METU), School of Architecture, City and Zone Planning in 2004. While studying at the Middle Eastern Technical University, Mr. Gümüş was active at the European Student Forum (ESF) becoming Ankara ESF President (2000-2001) and ESF Board Member (2001-2002) in Brussels. In between 2004-2005 Mr. Gümüş was the Project Coordinator at the European Union Youth Council for Turkey. His career as follows; in Turkish Education Association as an International Projects Specialist, in CarrefourSA as a Real Estate Development Specialist and in Best Buy as a Real Estate Development and Leasing Specialist. Mr. Gümüş was then the Leasing Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle, which is a leading AVM Management and Leasing Firm, and stationed in Erbil, Beirut, Damascus and Abu Dhabi (2009-2011). Hakan Gümüş is currently General Manager and the Board Member of EA Real Estate Development and Construction Ltd. Mr. Gümüş is also a member of METU Alumni Association, the Chamber of City Planners, Ankara European Youth Association, the Association of Consumer Rights and the European Students Forum Alumni. Mr. Gümüş speaks fluent English and French.

Mehmet Ersül studied civil engineering at the Vienna University of Technology and Boğaziçi University after graduating from St. Georg Austrian College. He holds an MBA degree from Istanbul Technical University and is a PhD. candidate at the Bahçeşehir University in Business Administration – Management & Organization – specializing in strategic management of real estate development/investment companies and in market entry strategies of foreign development/investment companies. He started his career at Baytur Construction as Tendering Engineer, continuing with Koray Construction in the Business Development Department and Sinpaş Group as Project Development and Management Coordinator. Prior to joining Ege Yapı Group as Real Estate Development Manager, he worked for Emaar Turkey being responsible for business development & project finance of Emaar Square Project and for Toksöz Holding as the Real Estate Development Coordinator managing real estate assets of the holding company and responsible for new real estate projects. Mehmet Ersül is a member of ULI, GISP & Konutder and received a real estate appraisal accreditation by the Capital Markets Board.

Saint Benoit Fransız Lisesi’nden sonra Bilgi Üniversitesi’nde Halkla İlişkiler, ardından Turizm Otelcilik ve Restaurant İşletmeciliği okumuştur. Üniversitede okuduğu süreçte otel yatırımları da bulunan aile şirketleri Ferko’da turizm ağırlıklı çalışmıştır. Mezun olduktan sonra altı yıl boyunca otellerin başında bulunmuş, ardından AVM yatırımlarında işlerin başına geçmiştir. Ms. Elif Germirli is the CEO and a board member of Tahincioğlu Holding, a group active in various industries including among others real estate development, construction, manufacturing and agriculture. Prior to joining Tahincioğlu Holding, Ms. Germirli worked for Citigroup in various positions in the UK and Turkey. The last position she held with Citigroup was as a director in the European securitisation and real estate finance group responsible for real estate finance in CEEMEA.

Born in 1973 in Ankara, Dr. Artuğ Çetin, after completing his High-School education at Cağaloğlu Anatolian Lycee, went on to continue his education in Innsbruck, Austria, at the Leopold-Franzens University. After being graduated from the department of business administration, Dr. Artuğ Çetin completed both his Masters’ and Doctoral studies in the area of finance at Innsbruck Leopold-Franzens University. While at University, he founded the Association of Austrian-Turkish Academics, of which he remains a founding member. Returning to Turkey in 2005, he was engaged as the financial director of Üçgen İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş., developing and running projects worth of 200 million Euros. He has enabled the development and completion of metro systems, shopping malls, hotel chains and housing projects in Turkey, Russia, Dubai, Georgia and Iran. Commencing duties as the CFO of Prime Development in 2008, Dr. Artuğ Çetin serves as the CEO of the company since 2010. He holds the responsibility for the management of all Prime Development investments in Turkey.

Born in 1977, Kırşehir, Mr. Yıldırım is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, School of Economics and currently pursues his graduate degree at İstanbul Bilgi University, International Finance. In between 1999-2006, Mr. Yıldırım was an Assistant Specialist and Specialist at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) and from 2006 to 2011, Deputy Secretary General at the Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Turkey (TSPAKB) in charge of training, publicity, license and registry procedures. Mr. Yıldırım presently is General Manager and Board Member of the Capital Markets Licensing, Registry and Training Corporation (SPL) and President of Turkish Appraisement Experts Association.

1976 yılında Niğde'de doğdu. İlk öğrenimini İstanbul'da tamamladı. Sonrasında ilk atölyesi olan ''Andaç El Sanatları Atölyesi''ni, İstanbul Atatürk Kız Meslek Lisesi El Sanatları bölümünden mezun olduktan sonra açtı. After graduating from Surrey University, England, Spanish Business Administration Department in 2010, Pelin Akın Özalp started her career in the Strategy department within the Finance department of Deutsche Bank’s Madrid office. Following her return to Turkey, she was accepted to the MT program of TAV Airports Holdings, to be trained as a future executive. Currently Pelin Akın ÖZALP serves as a Member of the Corporate Governance Committee and Member of the Board at Akfen Holding and TAV Airports Holding Corporate Governance Committee. In addition, Pelin Akın ÖZALP also serves as a Board Member of Akfen REIT and IBS Insurance and Reinsurance Brokerage.

Ramazan Küçük has more than 8 years experience in financial services supervision and risk management under Turkish watchdog, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency. He has attended the on-side supervision of various Turkish banks and other financial institutions. Currently, he is working in risk management department and responsible for the development of risk management practices and the implementation of Basel rules in Turkish banking system. Additionally, he represents Turkey in a Trading Book Group under Basel Committee. Ramazan, born in 1981 in İskilip, received an Ms Financial Engineering and Risk Management from Ozyegin University and graduated from METU with BS in Economics. I was born in 21st of October 1988 in Adıyaman. After graduating from Şenesenevler Super High School in 2006, I entered Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. I was graduated in 2012 with the title of Civil Engineer. During pre-university and university period, I have taken many site and head office duties belonging to Kananlsan Construction, which is our family company. I started my career as a site engineer and site chief in Kanalsan Construction until the middle of 2014, after graduating from university and completing my military service. I joined Ege Yapı Company as Technical Office Engineer in 2014. In the same period, in the academic year of 2014, I continued my education at Galatasaray University, Institute of Science, Department of Engineering Management. After copmleting my education in 2015 from Galatasaray University, starting from 2015, I am working as a Business Development Specialist at Ege Yapı. At the same time, I am studying my graduate education in the department of "MBA In Real Estate" at Bahçeşehir University, which I started in the 2016 academic year. Currently, I am a member of METU Alumni Association, Istanbul METU Alumni Association, The Chamber of Civil Engineers of TMMOB, Galatasaray University Alumni Association and I have good level of knowledge in English as well as Spanish and French.

After her graduation from Ayazağ Işık High School, she started Law Faculty at İstanbul Bilgi University and graduated at 2008. She completed her internship at Yamaner&Yamaner Law Firm at Corporate Department. That summer she took law lesson at Cambridge Law Studio at Cambridge, England. After she worked a year at Okke Law Firm as a lawyer, she went back to England in order to take her master degree. She completed her master degree at University of Kent by writing her dissertation about Money Laundering. She is currently working at Okke Law Firm as a Lawyer. She is mainly dealing with foreign investors at the firm. She is board member of Istanbul Investment Association.
