“New Financial Instruments and Its Impacts on Urban Regeneration” was discussed in the regular monthly meeting of GISP members which was hosted by PWC Turkey on Thursday, February 13, 2014. As a subheading in the meeting about “Real Estate Certificates”, the chairman of the board, Gürler Ünlü, explained the details of the Statement of Real Estate Certificates released recently. During the presentation, members of GISP declared their opinions on the clauses of the statement as they focused on the contribution of the Real Estate Certificates to the sector, the advantages of this new method of financing, and the affects when these new financial instruments combined with urban regeneration.
