Chairman of the Board/ Bosphorus Investments

He was born in 1980 in Çankırı. After graduating from Ankara Gazi Anatolian High School in 1998, he entered the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of City and Regional Planning and graduated in 2004 with the title of City Planner. At AEGEE (European Student Forum), which he met in his first year of university, he worked as Ankara Branch President between 2000-2001 and as a member of the Central Executive Board in Brussels between 2001-2002. Between 2004 and 2005, he worked as the Project Coordinator of the European Union Turkey Youth Council. Until 2009, he worked as an International Projects Specialist at the Turkish Education Association, a Real Estate Development Specialist at CarrefourSA, and a Real Estate Development and Leasing Specialist at Best Buy. Between 2009 and 2011, he continued his career as a Rental Manager in regional cities such as Erbil, Beirut, Damascus, Abu Dhabi within Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading company of the retail industry in shopping mall management and leasing. Hakan Gümüş worked as a Board Member and General Manager at EA Group Real Estate Company between 2011-2014. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of HAS-DBN Investment which has developed the Kağıthane Atiye Residence project since 2014, and the chairman of the Board of Bosphorus Investsments. Hakan Gümüş, who is still a member of METU Alumni Association, Chamber of City Planners, Gazi Anatolian High School Alumni Association and European Students Forum Alumni, is fluent in English and French.
